STATEMENT

"The possibility of abstraction is the greatest liberation in painting for me. Present time allows us painters to go new, untried ways. So I have millions of opportunities to work."

"Die Möglichkeit, alles abstrahieren zu können, ist für mich die größte Befreiung in der Malerei. Die heutige Zeit erlaubt uns, neue, unerprobte Wege zu gehen. Man hat also Millionen Varianten zu malen."

BIOGRAPHY

I studied, worked and lived abroad for a long time before I started painting in 2015. Now I live in Gemany, near Düsseldorf as a freelance artist.

Style and technique I developed decisively through attending the "masterclass for painting" and my regular work in a group with several artists.

Most of my paintings are experimental, permanently incorporating new media and materials in the creative process. The topics revolve around things in everyday life, unusual perspectives and motif fragments. The style of painting is modern, expressionistic and mostly colourful. I take my inspiration from nature, personal experiences or current events.

Most of the time I work independently as an individual artist. But since 2020 I also have been working in an artist group "qu*ART*et" with a total of four painters.

I participated in exhibitions in Germany (Düsseldorf, Krefeld or Berlin), but have been also already able to exhibit some works internationally (Milano, Venice or Rome).
